How long for Arimidex to work?

I take weekly test cyp shots and my estradiol was just checked at 199 pg/ml, and estrogen was 182...both way too high...total test was 1094, free test was 325.1 pg/ml...I started .5 mg of an Arimidex tablet daily about two weeks ago...I am 55 and do all this for chronic fatigue...how long before the Arimidex should kick in and I feel "normal" again?...and is there something else I should try after a certain amont of time on Arimidex?...

wow...that's some high e levels...glad you got an AI...my estradiol got as high as 78 and i was freakin about that...it didn't take long for me to feel better....how soon will you test again...are you feeling better already...how were you feeling with the estradiol that high...any neg sides?

i've only heard good things about arimidex.....never heard of such high e numbers though either...and do you have pharm grade arimidex? also have you looked at letro?

SOrry, with E2 levels you like a comment could make you

Anyhow, the arimidex can workwell, just make sure you do not drive your E2 to low either.

Ideally you would be at around 20-30 pg/ml.

Once you get below 10-15 you can get problems too.

That is why regular (as in at least every 8 weeks) blood work is so important.
