    Is my doctor looking into prescribing for me?

    I went to the docs the other day because of ED problems, along with depression, sleeplessness and totally non existant sex drive, he told me he wanted to check my hormones, he didnt use the word testosterone at all (he asked me about taking steroids before we started talking about my symptoms) I looked at the lab writeup and its a test for testosterone levels . Was wondering if he is considering presc. me gear and if there was any way to make my test levels even lower for the test? I can get it at any point, so time isnt an issue

    Thanks again guys

    I think that really all depends on the doctor. Many doctors today are shying away from any kind of hormone therapy unless its really drastic. Most just try to get your hormones back where they need to be my prescribing medicines to help bring your own system back.

    it will help if you take the emphisys off of ED and put it more on the other syptoms otherwise he my just give you cialis or viagra. See what your levels come back as. tons of cardio and crappy health practices suchj as diet etc. will help to bring down your levels. Have you used AS?
    Keep us posted. Some ther folks will help more than i will be able to.

    Side note..let me know how understanding this guys is. I'm in RI/CT (work/live) and i am looking for a good doc to wrk with.

    Thanks,
    TBone

    T-Bone is right....the emphasis should be on sleepless nights, fatigue, lack of concentration, low libido (not same as ED), night sweats, apathy....he will check for low test...he will check to see if your body is producing too much estrogen which i believe is estradiol......it is a catch 22....you have to be your own advocate but at the same time you lack the aggressiveness to do so.....let us know what your numbers are.....there is really smart people on this site....you will be surprised at where the help comes from

    Its been a bit, have been pretty good, ED went away, just a bad stretch I suppose. New problem is a doozy, I get morning sickness like im preggo, with pain in lower left, upper left and lower right sides of my abdomen. It is so bad I have a hard time getting out of bed in the morning, eating doesnt help, nor does NOT eating before bed. It's kinda scary, it makes it SO hard to get up and get to work so sick all the time, its KILLING me. Comes and goes during the day as well, with it coming back at night. Any ideas? I might have had a flagged bilirubin level, I'll look it up and repost.;

    Thanks guys, im scared over this one
