HRT and dosees needed to get results

New here and love what I have read and learned allready,

What I need help with is dose amounts as I am on HRT for low "T" levels.
I take 200mg of test c every 2 1/2 weeks. I want to know if I will need to increase my dose dramatically as my levels are low allready? I have been a powerlifter for 10 years and want to make some major gains. Any help would be great, thanks

What was your starting Testosterone level? How often do you have bloodwork taken? What Test level does your doctor want you between?

I would split your current dose into 4 shots. It will make a HUGE difference in your energy levels.

This is the advice I was given:

Test C once a week much better than every 2 1/2 weeks. I wouldn't expect anything extraordinary with 600 test level. Some doctors do 200mgs every week.

Try to at least inject once a week. I guarantee you will feel better.

Thanks for all the responses. I will try the once a week, and see how that goes. Also what should I increase to as I want to increase my over all mass? 200mg a week or more?

I would find the dose that keeps you "normal" or "within range" for all of your bloodwork (estrogen, lipids, psa just to name a few) before you concern yourself with "over all mass."
