Wanna see what a year of HGH can do?

This is not a question: just wanted to show what a 43 year old can do:
    HGH: 1.7-2.0 IU 5 on 2 off
solid diet, caveman-like: example: breakfast: half can wild alaskan salmon, steel cut oats, blueberries, eat 6 more meals in day
3 days a week in gym:
spin workouts on my own bike ( much easier) 4x-5x week: road ride in the summer...

    Feed the machine!

no before pics, none that could do a solid compare contrast. This was early fall last year. around 223lbs. A year earlier I was about 205-210. And nowhere near as cut. Now, about 230. Even more cut.

My point was not to be a show off at all. Only to show that if we plan it out and work it, consistently, and really enjoy the process, it happens. It is simple math that works to our advantage!

The sleep is phenom. And at my age, I find lack of quality/restorative sleep is what can really start to take the wheels off the bus for alot of us, me included..

I was offered to go on 1.3 IU of HGH per day. After posting and asking a few questions most people said that I would need to take 3 IU to even feel anything. You are the first person that has said it worked at that dose. You sound like you eat good...do you think it was more your diet or do you really feal the HGH. Do you know your HGH level before you started? Also, did you take Test with it?

hey lift o lot: I know what you mean about folks saying anything under 2 is no good. I feel that it is a mileage may vary thing. The natural inclination can be: "well if 2 is ok, let's see what happens with 4!" Well...my experience taught me 4 hurts my wrists, locked my elbow for 5 minutes once, and my joints ached...I have settled on 1.7 and it works great for me...but ya got to eat, the gh needs proteins and low gi carbs, it will tell you how to eat..gh and great diet create real synergy.... No AAS use in this pick ... but started test e, 3weeks ago, and things are getting very interesting, am in much better shape now and bigger than the picture.
was 150ng IGF-1 before, right in the middle, now I am 265-290 ng, depending on the test...high range max for a 43 yo is 220, according to Qwest...hope this helps ya out..

what would I accomplish editing a pic and showing to folks I dont know? Lame...but no offense taken...

I scanned the photo, since I could not find the pic on my laptop. So if it looks fuzzy, it is what it is, I will post another when I find one. Or take a new one soon with my AAS gear in full swing!

    Reference point

    bfsparty

As a reference point, since you don't have any pictures, did you change your workout or diet from prior to the GH? Do you know your weight and % body fat prior to starting GH?

I'm just curious if you could put a percent number on the GH vs any other changes?

    ducati,
my weight before the gh was around 205-210...dont know the bf % before, but I plugged into the army calculator a month ago, and it says I am 11%....I have no idea what 11% should look like, I have little faith in the calculator, and my quads are massive compared to the average guy...which could throw the calc off, maybe...

Before the gh, nowhere near the definition and size. Now I am even bigger than the pic. The shit works, period, if you eat like an athlete, and train like one, which would be unlike 99% of america, imho...

Hey great pic!! Just a few ??? I'm 46 6'2 215 bf around 14%. I work out 2 on 1 off alternating body parts. Cardio on my off days and I eat clean. I started trt in nov 300 test e and 200 deca per doctors orders. Lab results 75 % below normal. I was 205 bf at 19%. I've since come off the deca about a month ago and let me tell you when I'm benching (305 for 6 3 sets, that's all the weight I have in my home gym, my elbows are screamming My doc wants me to start HGH alongwith sustanon 250 or test decanoate 250 weekly. He offers a wide selection of hgh. Can you tell me which hgh you are taking and the mgs. I can get up too 13.8 mgs genotropin, or as little as 0.2 mini quicks.
Also for the vets here my doc offers oxandrolone inject. Never heard of that one before as an inject. Want to lose some more viscal fat in the abs. Six pack starting to show but really want to help it along.

    Hey man,
Your doc sounds like fun...anyway...GH is GH is GH...I have been scripted the big name brands, serostim, humatrope, the works... and the generics of the big names (omnitrope), and the compound pharm gear. It is all the same. Since you are dealing with a doctor, get the least expensive you can. Also, if you have a healthcare spending account, get a copy of the invoice and copy the labels and send it in...you will be using therefore pre tax dollars...helps defray the cost....unless your insurance is picking it up. If so you rock.
My rant...Too bad the drug companies are colluding and lobbying and paying politicians to pass legislature to shut down the raw material from China to the compounding pharms......so they can keep their 100X margins on GH, and keep a nice barrier around GH...
A friend of mine told me that a move is afoot to move GH to controlled status...the stuff developed as a miracle to help kids....a scheduled substance....

yes i know gh is gh is gh, however, with any aas the more mgs you dose the bigger you get in most cases. I'm going to be starting gh here in the near future and just wanted to know the mgs you are using at 1,7 iu. If you had those great gains on 0.2 mgs or 13.8 mgs at 1.7 iu. I read where another poster stated he's doing 1 iu 5-2 with 325 test every two weeks and he just finished 6 months and his gains were huge also. Or does it matter what mgs the gh is at? I can get 5-6 different ghs at from o.2 mgs up to 13.8 mgs. Can a vet expound on the mgs. The only reason I'm asking is that my insurance does cover most of the gh but not all. If i need 13.8 mgs at 2 ius a week to see good gains or can I get good gains at .2?

it sounds like your routine is pretty solid.... im curious to see what you would look like with no gh but with the same routine..... the difference cant be that far off......

    1mg=3iu
a serostim bottle is 6mg. that gives 18IU. when I used the 'stim, wanted 10 shots out of 1 bottle:

    18/10=1.8
that dose, or .1 IU below, is all I ever take. The diet, the sleep, the rest, the effort, they are the differentiators..

Without it? I just dont get the restorative sleep, the muscle recovery, the constant slow buildup of muscle, the joints dont feel as well, the power is just not there, that is just me. So maybe i can get there without it, but take twice the effort and feel like shit? keep in mind I am 43,this is when nature wants me to start slowing down, degrading, breaking down...to thin the herd...make way for the younger ones that are pumping gh all over their body...join the thinning herd?

    I say f*** that.

    Your mileage may vary..

do your research. using your logic of the more you take the bigger you get: why not just shoot up a whole bottle then?

the law of diminishing returns mixes with downside risk that accelerates rapidly. use a martini example: 1 is great, 2 is fine, 3,,,depends...10 and you are comatose...perhaps dead.

If I do 2.5 and beyond, I ache, bloat the works...plus run the risk of growing organs, the list goes on and on. Even at 1.7 your feet may very well grow .5 to 1 size larger over a year or so...

My cousin is a bb and he destroyed his looks with 4-6 IU per day. His nose, ears, looks wierd..

results: the dreams kicked around day 5, the sleep went deep. So that helped immediately. I noticed results within one month, the recoveries from a 2 hour fast paced bike ride were now a cinch. Legs brand new the next morning. The fat started coming off in that timeframe too. In 6 months I was really happy with the results. Now using some test e at 400mg week, 5 weeks in, and the synergies, along with a great diet, are incredible. But GH on its own is fantastic for me.

    Good Luck!

Whats this about your BB cousin? What does bb mean. I have never heard of a low level of GH changing your facial features.

    bfsparty,

How much sleep are you getting, and were you getting less before? Can you quanitify the hours of sleep and difference it makes when using the HGH? I'm a 47 y/o resident physician (2nd career, I must be f'ing retarded) and get less sleep than I know I need. I'm doing 3 IUs HGH 5 x per wk, 200 mg test cyp 1 x per wk, and HCG 500 IUs 2 x per week before the test. I"m trying to lean up, and I think the sleep is the factor killing me. I eat pretty clean, run 45-60 min per day 5x per week.

    bfsparty,

I know this topic is older......since today is Aug. 22. I'm a newbie and no nothing about photo editing but I think your pic looks GREAT!! So far nobody will really even talk to me on here. I asked about a specific website on here and put the URL and they chewed me out for it. Grant it......I did not read the rules....and I don't know the codes to use when posting. I'm getting cheated out of a lot of $$$ and need some help/advice. I like your regimen and would like to follow it as well......if I could only get started in the right direction.
