Anyone else have Cigna Insurance?
Well Cigna is telling me they dont cover infertility issues and thats what low testosterone is considered. What a bunch of shit. Has anyone else ran into this with Cigna? I have an MRI scheduled and now I dont know if they will cover that.

Insurance companies don't know shit when it comes down to low Testosterone . Check with your doctor and maybe he/they can change the diagnosis to reflect one that the insurance company likes.

Not on HRT or TRT but do have CIGNA.
They will cover an MRI. I had them cover several before; I am hard on my body and don't like to pay $1000 for and MRI.
If your insurance company denies your claim, appeal or call them up and talk to them. They will refile the claim , i believe until it is accepted. I had some troubles with them and it varies greatly on what the doctor puts down as the reason.
For example, if the doctor put down that it is for infertility instead of something else that is more.... life threatening you will have to call them up. I had cigna deny stuff before but I just called up and on the second file it was accepted. I even had gynecomastia removal surgery which isn't easy at all for someone to get an insurance company to cover. My surgeon actually said that I was the first case he EVER had that was covered by insurance.
Check out this part of their website. List different things. Actually how I found the 4 mandatory requirements for what is necessary for them to accept my claim for gynecomastia removal. Maybe you can find something similar to your solution

If you want to see something funny look at this link below; CIGNA will even accept a claim if you want to have your penis cut off and become a woman. I am pretty sure that you can get HRT or TRT I just can't find the correct link; maybe you can. Note in that link how it says patient must have ALL symptoms. You have to meet all of them for a claim on HRT.
