It's run at a minimal of 2IU/day for fatloss purposes and from 4IU to 10IU per day for (slow) muscle building.
It has to be run for at least 2-3 months for fatloss and for 6 months minimum for muscle building.
What are your stats? Cycle experience?
Which one are you gonna use?
