My doctor is starting on 200 mg every two weeks. Should I cut this dose in half and take 100 mg every week to avoid crash? Should I start on an anti-aromatase as well or will this small dosage not be enough to experience much side effects?

Splitting the dose is no brainer, do it. Anti-e may not be necessary.
