Been taking 100mg of test e every 5th day. I am noticing a little tenderness in my nipples, should I be taking something to counteract this?

You need to get your Estradiol checked. A lot of guys take Arimidex.

think it is called gyno....and keith is spot on to what i read here....E2 may be elevated ...arimidex is what i read is good to remedy that...your Dr may be a good place to start but i would search gyno here so you know wtf

I was going to ask the same question. I was wondering if my Endo would prescribe something for gyno. I think mine started out with prohormones, but it seems to flare up at times and its not going away.

Your endro should be able to prescribe what you need for Gyno

ok I got liquiddex now how do I take it. I have heard .25mg ED? Also I assume I use a liquid syrunge which I have?

hey M8....if it is spray bottle (small enough to enclose in your hand) then it is .10 per pump (or spray) so 2 will do you....never figured how to do the .05 so i do two on one day and three on the next designated day.

it is not a spray bottle. I got it from ARR and it came with an oral syringe. I have my own oral syringe that is 1ml so would I take .25 of that everyday?

anyone have an opinion on where I should start, .25 ED or EOD or???? My bottle says 1mg/ml so 1mg equals 1 ml. So I fill my oral syringe to .25 if it is a 1ml syringe? That just feels like nothing?

Most HRT specialists will suggest that you try Chrysin first. This can help mild cases and you and you get it OTC at many supplement stores. -Bob

My doctor told me that alcohol will speed up the process of converting to estrogen. If I drink a lot say over a weekend or even a night would it make sense to take a little more liquidex, say like .50 instead of .25? I do think my estro is a bit high because I am having some libido issues and soft boners and not lasting as long.

drinking causes you test levels to decrease along with lack of sleep. usually those two go hand and hand.

For you tender nipple solution see if you doctor can prescribe you nolvadex or letro. That will combat all estrogen build you are experiencing...


I know there was a member on here named c bino or something like that, who had a great gyno elimination protocol.

.25mg eod is ok for prevention if using l-dex. If you just have the tenderness, it may not be gyno, it may just be the increase in libido.

So I have read the above link. I am still waiting on my doctor to respond as he has been on vacation.

I believe I have the Progesterone gyno. My nipples are not sore, nor do they have any lump or lumps under them. BUT I have been wondering why the nipple itself looks like it might be getting bigger. << ( Thanks for the above link as it has now shocked me into calling this morning the doctor to get this situation straight.)
Nipples are not getting huge but they do to me at least seem a little bigger and maybe a little coned (some times<)
