trial and error in my opinion....many posts asking the same question i've seen in my year on this forum and never a solid winner except going the anti aging clinic when money/insurance is not an option

yea, i have talked to an endo office and a anti aging office , the anti aging office sounded better over the phone but wasn't sure,
the anti aging place treated with bioidentical meds , not sure what that is ?

What do you want? If you just want steroids to cycle skip it, because hormone therapy is for the rest of your life.

I agree....My bro was going to do it for me since hes 36.....but i wasnt sure to tell him just tell the doc what you want or what ....I guess trial and error no?...But i know down here in florida has been bad so maybe theyll only give you what you need ....any floridans have any input feel free bros
