filling script at pharmacy

Am I the only one? When I fill my script at the pharm I'm getting 2 x 1 cc 200mg of test cyp. Do the pharms not do 10ml vials? I was told by a friend that all pharms are starting to do it this way. Is there anyone who is getting 10mls. Just wondering? If so what pharm?

I was getting 10ml vials with no problem through Walgreens

Yeah, I'm thinkin maybe I should try a different pharm, there is a walgreens in the next county about 10 miles.

I go to a CVS in South Carolina, the nurse said that's how a lot of the people are comin in with the 1 shot deal.

I get a 10cc bottle a Kaiser Pharmacy in Nor-Cal.

I don't have my original script but what I got from pharmacy just says inject 1cc every 2 weeks. Nothing more, I think I'm gonna ask my Dr next time I see her if it wouldn't be cheaper for me to get 1x10ml vial.

i think that most of us are/have been getting the 10 ml vial....but i've always feared that it wouldnt last....when i would refill every month on a dose of 200mg E3W...i would get questions from the pharmacist about my dose and the amount of product that should be left in the vial...it would infuriate me and i would later move my script....its happened several times

Never have moved a script, I'm guessing I need to get one rewritten by my Dr or is there another way.

Yeah that is what I'm getting, only its two every 4 weeks.

I just picked up a 10ml Test Cyp at Walgreens. Two local pharms had 10ml Test E. CVS told me that they could special order 10ml Test Cyp.

Well I'm sure they keep it on file, legal purposes. I would think I just need to go in and get the script tell them I don't need them to fill it anymore cause they are stingy with the gear. And I know a place that will give me a 10ml vial.

dont need to do all that talkin...just find your new pharm and give them the old pharm phone number and say u want the ** TRANSFERED...common practice...surprised you never heard of it...no need goin in asking for the ** back...and tellin em your biz.....dont even go back to the old place....quote me bro

jpkman is correct. I've transferred scripts numerous times. Your biz, is your own, that's for dam sure.

JPK is spot on. No need to tell them anything, just call your Drs assistant and say where you want it. Have had 10 CC at Costco, Walgreens and even the local pharmacy.

Thanks sound easy enough. Should I call around to pharms in the area and ask do they fill with 10 or 1, just to make sure? Can they tell you this over the phone or at all? I don't have many scripts so this is new for me. Been using the same pharm for yrs cause that is where my wife goes.

yes...call em and ask what lab does their test come from cuz you want to research the lab and ask them what size vial will come with your prescript...i just noticed you were in S.C....keep us posted bro

Walgreens sounds like the place to gear up. Glad there is one nearby.

Yeah every other major pharmacy around me didn't have any Test, but they could special order it. The Walgreen's pharmacist told me that they didn't get many people coming in for Test, which surprised me.

I think I may need to start working on the transfer if it could take up to ten days to get my meds. Don't want any down time!

I've never had a transfer of a med from one pharm to another take more than a day, but the early bird gets the worm!
