    is this milk thistle okay?

    just wondering if this:

    milk thistle would be okay to take...& still be as strong as any other companys milk thistle products.

    Personally I wouldn't buy vitamins from Ebay. Even though they are cheap who know what they put in those capsules. Pay the extra $1 or $2 and get them from the health food store or even the grocery store before eBay. Just my .02
    they might be from China and then you REALLY don't know what is in them, maybe rat poison. Just stick to a name brand
