    Long Term Usage....???

What the implications of using "low dosages" of AAS for a 48 yr old male?

I have a friend who is has been working out for 40 plus years...and is now 68yrs old. He's using about 75-100mg a week. He's been doing this for 3 yrs...with no sides. He swears by the low dosage long term use of AAS.

Would this work for a Man who is 48?

    Thanks in Advance!

Yes it would work for you! And its called HRT, hormone replacement therapy. You have to go to your Dr and get bloodwork done to check your test levels. If your levels are low enough you could be put on hrt.

I sure hope so because I am 53 and I have been doing it for about three years now. No sides, unless you call the body of a 30 yo and the sex drive of an 18 yo sides

    Really you can't lose.
I've been on for a few months and I'm going to try and stop and restart natty test (if possible) to see if I can rejoin the Military.
My wife really doesn't want me to stop, she hates the idea but going back in is kind of important so I gotta give it a shot.
On that note, I really don't want to stop either. My gains are returning, I feel great, I'm level headed, can think clearer and it feels like a huge weight has been lifted off my shoulders since I started.
    It's great.

The known sides of long term TRT are nominal compared to the benefits.

Test can accelerate prostate cancer, accelerate hair loss, make you sterile, give you acne, breast tissue development and shrunken balls. Most of these sides are overstated. Going to a doc and having PSA levels and estrogen levels checked make these things manageable.

The advantages are incredible and greatly out weigh the sides.

I know two people that have taken 100-200mgs week for 10 years and only problems they have had are estrogen related, easily fixed by arimidex .
