Injection Question

History: Started (HRT) test injections on 8/12/08 (.8 cc/week). I inject with 1 1/2” 23ga needle in my thigh.

After I inject and pull out the needle some of the test comes out of the injection site. Has anyone experienced this? Are there any tips and/or ways to prevent this?

You can use what is called the z-track method, where you pull the skin to one side and inject, then when you pull out the needle and release the skin it moves over the hole. It also helps to inject slowly, giving the oil time to absorb, and I wait a few seconds before pulling the needle out.

Also since you are injecting in your thigh, you might enjoy a 25g much more than that 23g and it might lead to less leakage. I never get leakage like that with a 25g.

I leave in a few extra seconds and then pull it out slowly

yea listen to big he knows what hes saying. my 2 cents.. message it as it comes out and a few seconds after to work the test around
