Back from jail
90 days later im back. TRT not allowed in jail. Lost 25lbs.
I have decided not to go back on TRT and see how much I can gain back on my own. My normal testosterone range is around 390 so I am pretty sure I can do good things with that. If all goes well maybe i wont get on TRT till I'm 40...I just hate the idea of being on replacement therapy for the rest of my life.
So anywho....just wanted to say I was back.

welcome back man
90 days is short. but still not 90 days id wanna spend back in the slammer (been there many times)
sucks you lost that weight. i lost 20 pounds one time i was locked up. not due to TRT but due to the jail not feeding us.
get back in that gym. shovel that food in your body and youll be alright!
good luck bro

good advice
cept for 90 days being short i spent 30 days and thought it was an eternity...and agree about the food...i believe we were getting between 1,000-1500 calories per day total....unless you were given/put $$$ in commisary where you could get bagged tuna or trade shit/cookies for double portions of real food
dont know how i would have made it if i didnt have someone on the outside waiting/talking/supporting
welcome back fort

not allowed? i find it hard to believe it's not "allowed" if you have a script.
does that mean insulin or BP meds aren't allowed either?

I was wondering how that went. 25 pounds in 3 months is a fast drop. I bet you are glad to be out and have some real food.

Diabeties and high blood pressure are diseases that can have immediate dire consequences. So yes they do allow insulin and BP meds.

Being locked up is depressing enough, but having the lower hormone levels and low calorie intake just adds to it.
