50 YO male - shed bodyfat
Any suggestions ? I have worked out hard for 25 years, in good shape, all hormone levels are within range (but low normal).
Body fat is tough!!!! Looking for oral - not injectible. I have never used steroids before. Anavar looks good, but expensive. Any suggestions besides Anavar ? I am only looking to get more cut - not gaining any more muscle mass at this point....
I eat well, balanced meals, high in protien. Bodyfat is probably 15%+. It was 9-10 a couple years ago.
Thanks

thanks
Thanks, all. I have been tested, and the doc won't do anything because all hormones are within range. Sounds like I should see a different doc (?) Trying not to waste too much time, perhaps an endoc... doc ?
My guts tells me no one will prescribe trt - has anyone you know been prescribed trt even if their levels are 'low normal' ?

Bro 349 is kinda low and at 50 it ain't gonna start going up on its own. Fire your Doc and go see an Endo.

i'm 42 this year and when i first started getting symptoms of low T i was around the mid 500's. i got tested a few years later as things got worse and my TT was 366!
the range is a reference only. one guy can be at 500 and feel like crap while another guy can feel like a million bucks at that level.
the only way to know for sure is try it. you said you don't like shots so i suggest a compounded T-cream. try it for a few months and see how you feel.

Thanks. An Endo it is! I actually feel good, have energy, etc... But the bodyfat is very frustrating. Eating right, running, weights, but I am around 15-16% right now.
