HRT/TRT - AI absolutely required?
Was reading a thread where someone made a pretty strong statement that HRT/TRT without AI was malpractice.
What do you guys think?
Can you be on HRT/TRT for life, that puts you back into normal range, without AI safely? Or does the latest research seem to indicate AI is really necessary and docs are just not up to speed yet?
Or does this only apply to people on HRT/TRT who are in a really high test range?

it depends on the individual and their TRT protocol. older guys can have a hard time with E2. as men get older their T drops and E2 increases...it's a bum deal!
anyway, the best way to determine if you need it is to get your T up to a good level and then test to see where your E2 is. if it's on the high side then you need an AI to get it down.
some guys need it and some guys don't.

My estrogen levels are within range at 100MGS so I don't take any.
