IU's vs Mg's ??

I know 1mg of HGH = 3Iu's..........when talking of how much IU's your injecting are you talking what is in your actual needle after you mix the HGH with the water???..... For Example Im prescribed to inject .3mgs of HGH which converts to 1iu......after mixing with the water 1.14ML's.....the conversion comes out to having to fill the needle to 6iu's for my injection...TO me it would be easier to talk in Mg's...I can see were some without the direction af a pharmacy or doctor could underdose or overdose

IU's is measured by the amount of a substance in the liquid.
With HCG you can make 1cc = 1000 IU's or 100 IU's depending on how you mix it.
I know on slin pins they fill up at 1/2cc. The prescribed IU will be how much you take per injection usually.
I do my conversions in MG/IU. I try to make 1mg be double my dosage so that I only need 1/2 cc for injection.
