Need help.....Please......

....the more I read the more confused I seem to get. Here's my story, I was ordering some creatine, protein etc. from the website I normally get my stuff from and saw in the "best sellers," the Anabolic 50 stack (Chlorodrol 50 and Orafinadrol 50). Well I ordered it too, and I screwed up bad. I didn't do my homework on this stuff, I just took it and assumed it was safe because the website is just a general nutrition type website. Long story short, it has destroyed my libido. I can only get an erection with cialis, and even then I can't reach climax. I am tired and my self esteem is crushed. I went to the Doc yest and asked to have my testosterone checked, I should know the results 4/28/09. From talking to the Doc he doesn't seem very proactive and I may have to self medicate. I've been trying to find the best method to do this and I just keep getting more confused. I am currently taking 50mg clomid and 20mg novla per day for the past 5 days. I was considering adding 100mg test cyp per week for 12 weeks and continuing the clomid and nolva. I also have arimatest but I haven't taken any, do you think it would help/hurt. Please help, any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Stats: 35yo male
5'8" 175 lbs
Body fat 8%

As far as previous AS use goes, I've only used once about 6 years ago. It was 12weeks test e.

I don't know supplement is, but if I would get off it and give your body time to adjust. If your test has been temporarly lowered then I would fix it instead of going on a lifetime of HRT. Good luck.

I hope you've already solved your issue but in case you don't , here's my 2 cent on it.

I don't know what Chlorodrol 50 and Orafinadrol 50 are about . I suspect these drugs are 19-northtestosterone derivates (like deca ,trenbolone ,etc.) so it could be explained the negative effect on libido and erectile dysfunction. Let me know the result of blood work, if your estrogen and Prolactin are over the limit you need work on it.

Clomid and Nolvadex will kill your libido more....
In case you want your testosterone back I suggest you to add. some Proviron 50mg/day with Clomid and stay away from Nolva.

Clomid 50 ED + Proviron 25 twice a day (aft.breakf.+aft.dinner).
In case your blood work shows high estrogen levels , add. to the cycle above 0.50 Arimidex every 3 days.

Your erection and libido will come back in less than a week.

Thanks testomaster, I appreciate your input. My Doc only checked my total test level, it was 28. He referred me to an Endo and I saw him yesterday. He gave me the option of a shot OR Androgel , and said that I should be back to normal in six weeks. He ordered a complete hormone test of my blood and I should have those results in a day or two. Upon his urging I took the Androgel at 1 week of 5mg and two successive weeks lowering the dose each week. He said that this should allow my natural test production to come back without much impedence. My question is, does this sound sufficient? If I took a one time shot of 100mg Enan and used the Androgel as rx'd would that help me get over this slump of no test faster and still not hinder my natural recovery too much? I'll have more details on the blood work in a day or two. Thanks for your help.

Take the shot. You will feel great in about 2 hours. The gel will take forever if you feel it at all.

Are you saying take the one time shot and continue the Androgel ? Do u think I should do 100mg or more?

Of course TRT will fix the problem straight away , I thought that you were interested in getting your own testosterone "back on track" .
There are some points you should consider in order to avoid unpleasant surprises during the TRT anyway.

Here some basics to avoid ED/loss of libido during TRT , IMHO :

1- Don't go up 200/week with vials.
2 - Don't go down 80/100 mg. a day with gel. 50mg/day could be not enough.
3 - In case you start vials (enant.cyp.etc.etc.) keep on hand some AI , like Arimidex or Aromasin , it will prevent any testosterone aromatization .
4 - 50 mg. Proviron always .
5* - Take a 6 weeks break every 6 months ; It will help the system to clean receptors ; during the break take HCG 2000 IU 3 times a week for 3 weeks followed by Clomid 50mg+Proviron 25mg everyday for the next 3 weeks .

*Althought I know people on TRT for years without interruption and without having any problems .

My main concern is getting my natural test back. But, I'm wondering if taking just one shot of Test Enan, say 100 or 250mg, and then maintaining the Androgel 5mg week 1 and decrease dosage for two successive weeks will get me a jump start. And, will this impede my recovery much? Right now my test is at rock bottom and I'm just looking for a way to get ahead of the curve, but my main concern is to get my natural test production back. Got my blood work back today. Everything looks good and is within range except for my testosterone level. It did climb from 28 to 143 in 5 days without any meds. I'm on the 4th day of Androgel and seem to be feeling better, but I'm still wondering if I should go ahead and take a one time shot of Test Enan. Opinions please? Will it hurt natural recovery more than it will be worth?

Since you feel better, keep on gel. My suggestion is to not mix gel with enan.
In my experience I've found 50gel/day not enough, I did 100/day.
I'm currently on enanthate and I feel ok, except for the testicles

Test.enanth. will be more effective but it is more easily convertible to estrogen so in case u decide to switch gel for vials , keep on hand some antiestrogen like Aromasin ,Arimidex .
