acne solution

Just started sustanon 250 over a month ago, and have been getting spots, and would like to know if hey will be getting worse or better as I continue trt.
Also are there any fixes for this my gf said something about roactin or something, any one taking that, or any other things to stop it.

I have been showering twice a day, using an antibacterial soap, and a scrub brush. It helps, but it isn't perfect. I notice not wearing and undershirt helps and showering right after the gym.

how much 250 are you taking?

In the UK there is freederm cream from the chemist which i use when i take sust as i get spots on my shoulders and upper arms. If i use it immediately i see the first one and lightly cover the affected areas before bed and upon waking they stay away.

^^^ good suggestion ..less flux in test/estro ratio ...even if u drop sdosage and inject more frequently that every 17 days it should help IMO....

Try taking 1/2 ml every 8-10 days. If you have extra I would do 1/2 ml per week

I have acne problems also. Iv been on anti biotic for over 6 months(minocycline).
I dont want be on anti biotic long long term.
so i stopped meds and started going to tanning salons. works better then antibiotics!
I live in the northern USA were we dont have warm sunny beaches.
look around because prices very a lot at tanning salons.
I not know what climate you live in. But tanning 2-3 times a week does great and looks good.

best soultion that worked for me . (and trust me i tried everything...)

tan twice a week 10-15 mins
saw palmetto 2 times a day
a body scrub( make sure its the good one) one i bought was a stick and rough as ****
shower 2-3 times a day with a good anti acne soap.

this completly got rid of my acne which i had for 2 years plus. in a matter of 3 weeks.
still have a few scars though which im trying to find a way to get rid of.

As Im browned skinned anyway, I dont really know what help the tan would do to help me look better, but it might be good to dry the acne out though. I have a lot of scars though on my back especially, I dont know if they were chicken pox scars or from acne, as I never remember it ever being that bad, does anyone know of a good way to help blend them away

The best thing I've ever used was Dawn dish soap and a loofa. The suggestion about showering after you train is also good. I tend to go around with a sweat soaked shirt for hours during the season, and my acne comes back.

I have noticed for me, between a Luffa and golden seal every other week it seems to help. Not sure of which is doing it since I started at the sametime, but it seems to work so why mess with it hehe
