Can I lowere my test leverls temporarely

I want to know if there is anything can do to mkae my test levels quickly fall so when I get my blood work done my level still look very low?

I think I would feel better on a little higher dose than i am on now and do not think my doctor is going to raise me up unless my levels are still really low

When is your blood work?

I am not saying to do any of these things only that they DO have a negative impact on your levels.

-You could cut your dose down
-Cut way back on sleep for a couple days
-Drink a good amount of booze
-Stop lifting
-May be some foods that would lower levels but I don't know them

As you can see non of those things are good for your health and will hurt the progress you have already made. Maybe just try to talk to your Dr. if you are still not feeling good.

If you are already on trt pretty much the only thing you can do is lower your dose. Anything you try to reduce your levels through decreasing natural output will not have any impact.
