    Vascularity???

I thought I would ask here since I am on HRT.

Sometimes my veins stick out and then the next day I look flat. Anybody know why it would change from day to day? As far as I know vascularity depends on BF and genetics, but why would it change from day to day. Does salt intake or hydration play a big role?

I had to go in for a blood test recently and the day before I had a big vein running down my arm and the next day when I got to the doc, I had to squeeze a ball just to get it to surface so the nurse could pull blood.

Just curious if there is something i can do to keep more of a pumped look.

    Thanks guys-

I take an argine supplement, and that helps with keeping the vasc. look throughout the day.

oh yeah i forgot to address that the other day when u mentioned never being vascular til trt...i meant to say the same happened to me ESPECIALLY after i added arimidex !!!!! dont really know why it changes but i think your theory is on to something...like maybe water retention, etc. I LOVE THE slight vascular look

yeah, I was thinking it would help too. I just wish my doc would give me some. I noticed more veins now that I am on HRT. I have one on the inside of my bi that I haven't seen since I was around 15.
