    Advice

I will explain my problem. From coming to puberty at the age of 14 I started feeling like crap.. I had a lot of depression from these days ... Now I am 19 and I know this:

When I am on TRT dose of testosteron 250MG/week I feel good again ( like before the puberty become) but If I am off I feel Like crap again ....

My total testosterone is OK... My blood results shows 26 <5-30> but I dont have body hair or beard ( so my DHT is low ) and that also increase value of SHBG and lower probably my free test.... On monday I am going to new blood work where I will see If my forecast is right or not....

Also I am using low doses of arimidex for natural testosteron boosting... but only 0,25MG /week but that is not enought and I feel like crap ... I need probably proviron ...

Are my suggestion right ... can anyone tell me something about that ? what is your opinion and so on ... I would like to listen any advice can help me. I am desperate.

    Thank you

Sorry for my english I am not from english speaking countries.

    Tell me please
What kind of test should I do ( testosteron, free testosteron estradiol and ??)

And how much of proviron should I put me on? 75Mg day?

Are you seeing a doctor? That is the first thing I would do. I would get full blood work done. You don't want to take hormones at your age unless you medically need it. You could really screw yourself up for later in life.

Pepous, you keep making the same posts over and over again. You're 19!!! Enough!!!! TRT means replacement therapy, and that doesn't mean self prescribed by yourself as stated in your previous thread, it means by a doctor. You know, someone who probably has as much schooling as you've been alive.

On your previous thread, you mentioned all this stuff about depression, hating yourself, etc. You need to seek professional help in that area my friend and STOP dabbling around with hormones and estrogen blockers, etc.

If you want to feel better, get into a GYM and bust your ass 5 days a week. Then, eat BIG with whole foods, including chicken, fish, vegetables, fruit, and take your *****s, vitamins, aminos, protein shakes. If you do this, you will feel better!!!! I promise. I am on TRT because I am have confirmed low test, and oh yeah I forgot to say that I'm 42. The doctor is pretty convinced that I won't be making it up the good old fashion way like I did when I was 19. The TRT is great, I won't deny that, but it wouldn't mean anything if I wasn't working the hell out of it at the gym. See, you and me are actually kind of similar. TRT or not, I start getting a little depressed if I sit around moping, waiting for the world to offer me a change. Instead, I choose to create and work a plan that is making me mentally and physically stronger than when I was your age. I choose to continue executing this plan for many years to come. It's hard work, the strict diet gets frustrating, and the gains don't come as fast as I remember them, but the lifestyle brings the balance I need into my life.

Pepous, please give consideration to a lifestyle overhaul like mentioned above. This type of change will bring a positive effect on all of those other areas you are struggling with. I'm sure the gang would love nothing more than to answer some of your questions in the diet section and exercise section.

Same here you have to find a better way to deal with your depression than AAS. Like I said I understand what your going through and how you feel. Sometimes it takes years to figure out the drug or therapt thats works best for your paticular situation. Im on the right track to getting my problems straightened out and it had taken a LONG LONG time.

But there is no Dr in the WORLD that gives out prescriptions for test for depression. Unless your old enough to actually have decreased test levels.
Levels slowly start declining In the late 20's and around 35 it is usually time to get that kind of treatment.

There is a better way you just have to look for it. You cant give up on looking for options though differant meds and weighing out the positives and negatives to those meds.

I belive you have given up and are being close minded to other options

I wish you the best of luck.

pepous as i and everyone else already mentioned in your previous thread about treating yourself, go get professional help with your problems. It has already been mentioned above but it seems that you are waiting for just 1 person to tell you what you want to hear and then you will feel more justified and more comfortable in doing what you what to do,which is to treat yourself. You keep down this road your problems will be 10 fold.
