    Whats dosages you guys running for TRT

    I am 200mg cyp per week split into a mon thur at 100 each. Dont feel as good as I used to on it. At 300 I felt optimal but dont know what my stats were as far as bloodwork. I have to go for some tests this week and see where I am at.

    From what I gather our receptors get full which the aid of something like anastrozle is supposed to help with or am I way off on that. I know it serves as anti e but I hear it helps the receptors too

    I take 200mg of Cyp once a week and feel great. I take the Anastrozol eod, which my doc is trying to bring down my estrogen a little and balance it out. I don't quite get the receptors getting full part of it, but it does seem to help with water retention too. For now, see what your upcoming tests have to say, then maybe you can determine the next move after that. 300mg seems on the high side for most TRT programs, but everyone's situation is unique. Could be some other issues making you feel bad and not just the lower amount of test cyp. Has your doctor had you on this for very long, and what was the factor for dropping down from 300 to 200?

    I started initially using an HRT clinic which was out of pocket until I spoke to my doc and he advised me he does TRT in his office and all is paid for through insurance.

    So I switched. I felt awesome all the way around, like you do when on a cycle. But most recently been intaking a lot of caffeine. A 20 oz coffee when I wake. I work 7p to 3a so I have a large red bull at start of shift and another coffee mid way through. Could have something to do with it.

    TRT is supposed to make you feel good again and 300mg I think was too much. I was making crazy gains in the gym but more important is my health. Im only 31 and want to be around for my kids.

    I have decided that I am gonna come off do a restart and check my levels again. I am going to wait til I am fully recovered and see. Lately been not sleeping well, forcing myself to go to the gym, miserable to the point that I felt better when I wasn't on. Not sure what it is but I am going to come off. Maybe run 2 killer cycles a year.

    I am concerned with hair loss and propecia makes me feel like shit. So.. that is where I am at

    200 mgs week split up in two doses. I would say that every one is different.

    I think that when I first started to take TRT it was really, really good feeling. That was because I had a problem and TRT made me feel normal. Then at some point normal was just normal. I don't know if I explained that right.

    R u running a DHT Blocker?

    I'm doing 125 mgs a week...seems to be ok...but nothing like doing 250-300 mgs a week....just not gonna be the same feeling.

    i think that the higher doses are more for cycles...and not HRT.

    Makes perfect sense. Kinda like if you are happy all the time do you even know you are happy?

    200 mg. weeks + proviron 50/ED as antiestrogen (Arimidex -Aromasin are too expensive).
    Every 4-5 months I stop and start a 2 months SERM therapy (Nolva/Clomid/Fareston) .

    i know exactly what you mean. at first you feel great but after awhile you forget what it was like feeling so shitty before you started TRT so now you feel "normal".

    i'm currently on:

    T Cyp. = 70mg 2x/week (monday morning/thursday evening)
    Adex = .25mg 2x/week (taken with shots)
    DHEA = 50mg daily
    Zinc = 50mg daily
    Vitamin D = 5000iu's daily

    wow, some of you guys are on pretty high doses! my new doc put me on 200mg/week and when i tested 3 days later my levels were really high.

    Total T: 2440 (range = 250-1100)
    Free T: 641 (range = 35-155)
    %Free T: 2.63 (range = 1.5-2.2)
    E2: 35 (range = 8-43)
    DHT: 150 (range = 25-75)
    IGF-I: 227 (range = 91-246)
    DHEA: 417 (range = 95-530)

    my doc wasn't really overly concerned about the high levels. he asked my how i felt and i told him pretty good but still didn't have that strong libido back yet. i have a feeling he's not using an accurate E2 test. other than that 200mg/week felt pretty good. i'm not sure what kind of health issues i would have if i stayed at that dose long term. i was taking it all in one shot as per his instruction but looking back i should have split the shots.

    Anyone running daily low doses

    Seems to me it would avoid the high and lows by keeping you test levels constaint. Why not 50 mgs ed or eod?

    I'm female and have done 50mg ed of 4-AD transdermal - and it was great. I had a serois injury that I was getting over and the test helped it heal quickly. (Forget the women and steroids video; that guy is sorely mis-informed).

    some DO ed treatment with transdermals(androgel /testim)....it really is a hassel to have an extra step EVERY DAY....one more thing to do before work, etc....the shot doesnt have much up and down when you inject once or twice a week
    more convenient for me and i believe most popular delivery of test....my .02
