Really Really need some help with this - Levels way too high

I have been getting sustanon 250 injections now for about 7-8 months.
To start with they put me on the injections every 3 weeks, and as a result my blood levels were very low at the end of the third week, as you can see here:
    LH - 1iu/l (1 - 8)
    FSH - 5iu/l (1 - 16)
    Serum testosterone 5.2 nmol/l (10 - 30)
    Free androgen index
    Serum sex hormne binding glob 17nmol/l (15 - 55)
    free androgen index 30 (30 - 100)

They then saw this and switched me onto the same injections but every two weeks.
I had my injection on the Wednesday 23 September, I had a appointment coming up on Monday 5 Oct and needed to give them some blood, I did that on the Thursday 1 October. So giving blood midway through my 2 week plan.

On seeing the doctor on the 5 October he told me my levels were very high and asked in what stage did I get my blood tested at, I told him mid way though and he told me to repeat the blood test a day before my next injection.

    These are the results:
    Serum testosterone 25.8 nmol/l (10 - 30)
    Serum sex hormne binding glob 12nmol/l (15 - 55)
    free androgen index 215 (30 - 100)

What happened to my levels? Is this expected if I give blood mid way though?

Thanks for that. Im not too sure what you mean from 'When you don't have a steady high level of testosterone all the time you don't give the shbg time to upregulate.'

    could you please explain

How would I get my Shbg up?

    great thanks for that explanation.

Any idea of how I can get my doc to listen to that too, as I think he was on the verge of changing my sus 250 two week injections because of my levels. What do I say to him?

Also Im going on my honeymoon in a few weeks, and sus 250 always leaves me with lumps in my thigh, any better site to have it in for a honeymoon, as you know my legs need to be easily movable

thanks Konateh I'll have to wait and see if she can do them she has to be taught how to do it properly and not use my ass as an experiment. But if I got it done in the glutes wouldnt it hurt, I use to get it done there and I had serious trouble sitting down sometimes. And on the plane to my honeymoon would just be a killer.

Wouldnt it also stop me bringing my A game to the honeymoon nights

romo6, how often would I need to get my injection if I switched to cyp, would it still be every two weeks?
Does cyp clot less in the muscle?

Well i just said cyp because it would keep blood levels more stable. And yes every two weeks would work, witch i believe you do not have much choice in that. The fast esters in sus can make you sore.Good luck.

Well Sustenon has teststerone undeconate which takes "4.5 weeks" to fully be deactivated. If you take sustenon every 2 weeks well you technically have testosterone still releasing from 2 weeks ago in you PLUS the shot from 4 weeks ago as well. Your 2 week schedule is going to cause you to have elevation in testosterone. You should switch to depo testosterone AKA test cypionate. That is a better every 2 week injection formula because cyp wears out at about 18 to 19 days and could prevent you from getting those super spikes in testosterone levels. Grant it, if you are using anti-estrogens and wanting maximum muscle growth and maintenance, you might be rather enhanced the first week after a shot, but you could be subject to the excess testosterone side effects such as excessive estrodiol conversion and trashing your cholesterol levels.

    Update:
Got bloodwork tested on the 7 April right at the end of my 2 weekly injections, well actualy on the day of my injection so that I dont mess up the results again.

    Here are the results

    pA Tesosterone 10.4 nmol/L (10.0 30.0)
    pA SHBG 12 nmol/L (15 55)
    pA Free Testosterone Index 86.7 nmol\L (30 - 100)

Any idea why my Serum Testosterone levels are so low? or should I not worry about those.
