Diet-Eggs vs Egg Whites
One of the most confusing things for me is that everyone talks about how anyone lifting can not afford to loose any of the benefits of whole eggs. 1 egg has 215mgs of cholesterol. How is that healthy at all. I have no problem eating the whites bu how much protein am I really losing without the yolk?

Cholesterol levels seem mostly genetic.
I eat 5 or 6 whole eggs per day and I am still 160.

Don't even bother with dietary cholesterol. Your blood levels will be determined by about 85% genetics, and 15% about what kind of fats your eating. A pastry with trans fat and 0mg cholesterol would impact your blood levels by far more than an egg or two (or three or four or five..) could ever hope to.
