Alright here is my problem lol, I went to the Doc. and had my TSH level check it was at 4.6 which is high. Then i went back and had the T3 and T4 levels checked, and after all the bs. he said i was fine, (hes known for being a prick) but i found a cite that will sell me Guggulsterones, which is what the doctored should have gave me in the first place.

Now for the real question. How many mg should I be taking a day, if each pill is at 500mg. Thanks for the help
