well i didn't make any other tests because honestly i did the test while doing a blood test to know my blood group and I did the testosterone test on my way, and I really got surprised by the result , my performance at the gym is good , and I get some morning erections but not everyday and my beard growth is good but 4.2 is low for my age this freaked me out, and I might get an appointment with an endocrine doctor next month.
I took the test at night at 9 pm and i fasted 5 hours before the test, besides I look very masculine, my bones structure , the chin, hairy rugged face and body.

that does seem low. did you do PCT after your cycle? if no or improper PCT is done then it can take awhile for your levels to come back up.

yea I guess I did a good PCT, and I was only on 750mg test a week , in my PCT i used clomid, pregnyl, proviron and nolvadex and I continued the nolvadex for 50 days after the cycle , I knew something is wrong 6 months ago when I pick up a girl then in bed I didnt had fast or good errection I though maybe because there is no bond with the girl now I regret I didnt test myself before!
my diet is very good all my fats come from olive oil and nuts, I don't eat refined carbs and I eat good amount of fresh fruits and vegetables and my protein comes 80% from tuna and eggs.

you should get a full hormone panel done to get a better idea what's going on...

Some people are in range and feel like shit, others may be low and feel fine. I would think you are ok because you feel ok. Plus, you are in range, although the lower end.

Like Dave said though, I would get a full male panel done and see where you are at. Did you have anything to drink (alcohol) the night before the test? Are you cutting (restricting cals/carbs)? Different factors can play a role in hormone testing. I don't think you need to be fasting for testosterone testing. However, for Cortisol, you do.

Not eating enough calories and being sleep deprived can make you test low.
