need some help

like to say hi to every one i posted way back but need some new help.i am seeing a endo now after my primary doc was shoting 200 mg every 2 weeks rose my total test to 671 but still no sex drive so he sent me to endo have been off test for 10 weeks.my intial test was done by another endo in the afternoon and them are the numbers below a little more info im 29 6 foot 1 and about 215 pounds have alittle belly fat but nothing major .new endo says it may have nothing to do with my low test he says if below 300 then he can help me please any info deeply appreciated this has been going on for well over three years and im almost at the point of giving up thanks

it was under 300 so why he say he cant help?

were you on anything at the time of your blood test or off TRT altogether?

the reason why your numbers are so low is because most of the T is out of your system by the end of the second week. if you can self inject, try splitting the shots into 100mg weekly and see how that makes you feel.

any doctor that uses that ridiculous "range" as the only reference for treatment is an idiot. how can someone spend 6+ years in school and not get that?

my TT was in the mid 600's when i first started noticing significant symptoms that i wasn't willing to continue overlooking. i went to see a urologist and he told me my numbers were fine. back then i didn't ask to see the report so i didn't get the numbers until a year later.

he told me i have to get more stimulation from my wife. so let me get this straight, in order for me to want sex she has to do more work? if i never intiate sex it's because she's not doing enough to turn me on? waht ever happened to that insatiable sex drive men are gifted with? that's like saying the only time you should get hungry is when you see or smell food! these are the people we intrust to treat us!

every guy on here has experienced low libido and/or ED. that's usually the final straw to seek help.

i agree that there are some cases when it's in your head and not hormonal but in that case you should be able to masturbate like a champ.

don't give up, let your doctor give up and find a new one.

at the time of test numbers below were in afternoon by endo so thats why my new endo says i have to go for new test.my primary doc shot me up every 2weeks with 200mg and got my number up to 671 but still no sex drive.im just so fustraded so is the fiance havent been intimate in so long thanks for the replays i dont want to give but im tired of getting no where

when T is given in large infrequent doses it spikes your levels. when T spikes, E2 spikes too. when your hormones are on a rollercoaster like this you can be swinging in and out of your "sweet spot".

libido is one of the last symptoms to appear when T is low and this usually gets guys in to see the doc. unfortunately libido is the last thing to return.
