Well as far as the results I believe it was 294..for test if that makes sense? to tell u the truth I was so excitted, that I just wanted to get on with it and just kinda looked at it without really reading it. I have to go next week Thursday I will ask to see the results again.. lol I was given 250 just test cyp, so far, then was told I would start to taper every week, the next blood test in 4 weeks, if that makes sense? I might have it wrong. The doc said we are looking at getting to 1000? which seems to be the norm? Is it be possible that my appitite has increased after one injection? So quickly? I ate like a horse yesterday and woke up hungry today? I hope I will feel like swimming and cycling again with some intensity and regularity.. I would like to know if there is a certain diet or eating plan I should follow? right now its moslty eggs, chicken, fish, milk, rice and beans, any help greatly appreciated thank you.

it will. getting your T up to a good level and making sure other hormones are in balance will change your life.
have you had any adrenal testing done. being low on T for a long period can really mess with your adrenal glands. when i first started TRT i did a saliva cortisol test and my numbers were off the chart high. i'm doing some additional testing now to make sure they are recovering.
the reason adrenals take a beating is because when you're low on T your adrenals start working overtime to help produce additional T for support. your balls produce most of the T and adrenals produce the rest, about 5-10%
when your adrenals work hard to produce more T your cortisol levels go high but if they are working hard for a long time then end up getting fatigued. this can lead to "adrenal fatigue".

i'm not 100% on that, still learning about it. this is how my last doc explained it to me. the constant demand on the adrenals eventually fatigues them.
this can be brought on during prolonged periods of stress too. it's twice as bad if you have low T and you're under alot of stress at the same time.
while she was in medical school one of her study friends had severe AF and if someone dropped something on the floor and it made a loud noise he would get dizzy and almost faint. he use to complain to her that he couldn't get hard enought to jerk off. sounds familiar?
i did the saliva cortisol test last year but i'm going to try the 24 hour urine test to get a better picture of what's going on throughout the day.

Well it sounds like the doc I got is on point so far, I guess it helps he is on TRT as well, I just hope I don't have to deal with the female doc, she already talking about lowering the dose until the next blood results and it's only been two visits? muchas gracias for all the info.

before you go on Cealis get an ultra-sensitive estrogen test. High estrogen can be causing less than optimal performance. If estrogen is higher than 35 start on a 1/4 pill of arimidex and see how that works out.

Hombre, the actual test you'll need is not estrogen, but the ultra-sensitive Estradiol or E2 test. Do a search for Estradiol and you'll have plenty to read about what high levels can do, and how you can lower them! Must be the ultra-sensitive one which refers to us guys getting it checked.

Been on it for one week now and I have that same effect, that my overall sense of well being is slowly starting to return. It's amazing. I can't imagine what the next several weeks will be like. Nothing much in terms of erection quality or spontaneous ones yet. Still no morning erections, but I'm not putting the cart ahead of the horse, I know it's a marathon, not a race

it's funny how guys say that trt amkes them feel as if they were in their 20s again. For a guy who is in his 20s and has low t that is causing him to feel like shit, it is comical to think that he will feel more youthful in his 30s.
''man life s rough, I'm in my 20s, my back hurts, my hair is falling out, and im losing my memory''
age 10 years
''I'm in my 30s and am stronger than ever''
just funny lol

True, but they are on the cutting edge. The govt had to outlaw steroids , being that everything else they tried was full of it. I remember on my first ever cycle, which I got straight from an rx, the govt made the drug producers write on the paperwork "steroids do not enhance physical performance". I remember reading that and laughing as I put on 30 lbs in three months. Think of how many men missed out on what we have today.
