    Enlarged Prostate?

Hi guys,, so i've been on test therapy by an endo for the past year. I havent stopped therapy for an entire year, doing 200mg per week injections.

Recently i've been having slight difficulty urinating,, not much just slightly, but enough to notice it tho. no other symptom, no pain etc.

I have an appt in 2 weeks to do a PSA test, but was wondering if anyone out here has had the same symptom and it turned out to be enlarged prostate, and if so, did you have to stop trt for a while.

Maybe it's nothing, but im a bit worried about cancer, etc.

    i'm 35 btw.

Thanks for the input in advance!

    stay safe

sounds like it might be high E2. when was the last time you had your levels checked? can you post your latest levels (with ranges)?

a buddy of mine was on a heavy cycle and had to come off it cold turkey (no PCT) and his E2 was really high. he went to the doc because he had prostate pain and it turned out to be prostatitis.

she gave him some meds, probabaly something like Flomax and it reduced the inflammation.

well the last full bloodwork by my endo was about 6 months ago. im due for one now, so i will post up the results in a couple weeks.

luckily im feeling no pain or discomfort, but i know that dont mean shit and it could still be slightly enlarged.

    thanks for your reply

yes can enlarge a bit but a good trt plan (good ratio of test to estro) is good for prostrate health

Sadly prostate enlargement and prostate cancer has nothing to do with testosterone , I wish to be so but it isn't. Most of the time it's related to genetic and hereditary factors...If you have difficult urinating I suggest u to do the post void residual volume test to determine if the bladder is empty after urinating. That's the only complication that a slightly enlarge prostate can cause.Urinary retention is the main cause of prostatitis.
