    TRT, need help please

    Hi everybody
As I know that the TRT Protocol looks like this:

    * 125mg test ethanate injected per week.
    * 250iu hCG EOD [every other day]
    * 1.0mg Arimidex/anastrozole per week in divided doses.

my question is what we can use instead of arimidex and aromsine can we replace it with other type of anti estrogens like clomid, nolvadex or proviron is that possible???!!!

    please replay
    many thanks for all.

Clomid and nolva, etc, are serms. You need an AI like arimidex or aromasin. Why are you opposed to using those? Proviron is a very poor choice as an ai. Thats really not at all what it is.

Agree with Tboney, Clomid would not be the way to go. I think it was already asked, but is there a reason you don't want Arimidex? There's always Liquidex with AR-R if you want to try a different place.

well, lets start here are you putting your self on trt or have you been dignosed by a doc?

lets assume a doc put you on...

125 mgs of test e would be a good start - not really sure you will need a anti estrogen with that dose... maybe depending on you level of estrogen... what is your test natty test level now?

and what are you long term goals with aas and trt?

body stats would help as well...

    body fat %
    height
    weight
    age
    years lifting?
diet (every one says they have a good diet, why is yours good?)

    any other medical issues

Before stats, please tell us you at least got a blood test done? If not, please call your doc and request a full hormone blood test along with the standard blood work. This could be costly if you don't have insurance, but with insurance it'll just be a co-pay. Once you get those hormone numbers, then we could help out further.

Remember that everyone's chemistry is different. What works for one might not work for another. Androgel might work for some (and I stress some because it really sucks) while others not. 125mg of test might work for a person who responds well to test while another person might need 200 - 400mg to get them where they need to be to feel well.

Can't stress enough how important that blood test is!

    hi

    here we go guys
bodyfat 18% (but I can make control with that level).
    height 170cm
    weight 76kg.
    age 40y/o
    years lifting 10years
    diets:
    meal 1: 8 eggwhites and 2 yolks + 4tbp beanut butter + 2tbp raisins or 1banana + 1cup oatmeal + 200ml NON FAT milk + 1multi + 1fish oil + 4aminos + 1g vit.C.
    meal 2: 2scoops whey protein + 1cup oatmeal + 1apple + afew of almonds.
meal 3: 400g fish or meat + 100g rice + half cup green beans.
    meal 4: 2scoops whey protein + 4aminos + 100g brown rice + half cup carrots + a few of peanuts + 1multi + 1fish oil.
meal 5: 400g chicken breast + 100g brown rice + a few of olive oil.
    meal 6: 1scoop whey protein + 4aminos.

but the problem not in my diets, I always can vary it, the problem is with my test level I'm 4ng/ml (the normal range here is 3 to 10ng/ml) in my 20's the level was been 5ng/ml, but I didn't think about this I only train like an a maniac and thats all... I always been happy when lifting heavy and heavy weights, but i noticed that I didn't get a big results in muscle volume, so for that in the past time I used a different steroid cycles..and I always increased the dose every time and every cycle... I'm getting a fantastic results only when I was on the cycle, but every thing is disappear after the cycle and the PCT was finished and after that I return to my previous body state, some guys said to me thats bcoz of my low natural test level, for that I decide to put my self on TRT... so tell me please If it important and needed to use that arimidex or liquidex with that small doses (0,5 or 1ml per week) of test or we can go with out it???!!!
maybe now you have a little info of me...

first you are doseing you self... and you dont want advise you just want us to agree with you ...

and i do agree with you - but you are going at it the wrong way... first i agree at 40 years old trt/hrt is a solution to low test for you, as for your past cycles and loosing all your gains something doesnt make sense... i will say that some people are just more motivated on aas then off - so maybe you didnt work out or eat as well as you should have after... guessing???

so you need to get blood work done to see if the dose you are giving your self enough or too much... my guess is not enough, also i am not convinced you need any anti estrogens, if you do need them why?

so to rap this all up - do hrt/trt right get a blood test - then come back to here with the numbers and we can better help were you at... this is not a small decision

    hi

many thanks for all, but before I start I have 2 q.
What are the dangers of long term TRT?

Has anyone been on TRT for an extended period of time notice any problems? Does it make you sterile after a certain length of time? I need peace of mind...someone help me out.
