    TRT and Side Effects

Do you guys also get prescribed meds for sides?

Will the endo also give you guys a script for finasteride to block DHT conversion, and arimidex to prevent gyno?

Also, if you're only using test to keep levels stable and at a mid-range how bad are your sides compared to on-cycle?

    the short answer.. it depends...

    long answer..
depends on your doc, you labs and your reactions... each of these factor in to determine what you will get..

my doc originally put me on 200mg of Test C and .075mg of Arimidex (yes thats way to low to do anything)... then he decided that i needed to be on HCG so i was doing 3300IU every 3.5 days for 2 weeks eventually dropping dosage down to 2500/week...

so the end result is still.. it depends... your best bet is just communicate with your doctor and be prepared and know your research..

My first doc put me on 10g of androgel for low test(126) and didn't test for estrogen at all which was very high as I found out later. Get BW for everything if you can.

    good advice above

yes...try to get all blood work in first before adding new compounds so you'll know what is doing what to you

yes i got arimidex prescribed first by sorry A UROLOGIST...then continued on by family doctor...i dont think fina would be too much of an issue...but like said above...depends on the doc

    good luck bro

btw, i havent needed arimidex since i lowered my test dose to 110mg ew....when i was 150-200mg i got itchy sensitive nips and took arimidex .25 3 times a week

My endo has not even mentioned anything except test...he changed from test e to test cyp and changed the level of dosage but that has been the extent of his concern with sides.

My doc is great he knows his stuff more then i knew when i started with him but the more i read here a lot of docs seem to not really have a handle with this stuff

he started me with a full blood test - it was with, from what i remember, five vials of blood. he took a lot of time and went over the blood test with me the next week line by line. he set me up with test c once a week and .25mg of arimidex 2x a week. he had me come in i think once a month for the first three months to check and make sure there were no issues. took a blood test after the fist three months to see where i was at and not we do blood tests every 6 months. what was the question? - yea he will give me anything within reason to get my test levels in the upper portion of normal maybe even slightly over ( this is for total and free test)

I just take test-C with no sides. My regular dose is 125MG a week. I do get itchy nips if I get up around 600MG a week so I keep it around 500MG when I turn it up.
