Last blood draw came up with these:

Test Total 930 range 250-1100
Test Free % 2.52 range 1.5-2.2
Test Free 234 range 35-155

DHT 59 range 25-75

Estrodial 62 range 8-43


The test exactly where I would like it to be however the estrodial is about double what I would want. Would taking DIM help with the conversion? If DIM or any other over the countrer AI wont work then would .25 mg of A-dex Mon and thurs do the trick? I would prefer to use DIM or some other over the counter than the A-dex however.

Hey Durak, did you switch because Arimidex wasn't strong enough or because you needed something stronger? Also, what kind of ranges did you have while taking Arimidex?

I always thought Aromasin was a slightly weaker compound.

Just curious because when I tried to start Arimidex therapy along with my TRT, 0.25 seemed to drop it too low.

Your doctor can prescribe you arimidex... run it at 0.25mg every 3rd day.

That should completely control your estrogen levels. (as they are a tad high; but no where near 'outta-the-ballpark'

... bump for when your got testing done in relation to the weekly injection, as that can play a role in your levels..

The injection was done the morning before my usual injection. So After my blood draw I went home and injected. I inject every 5th day. I know that the Adex would bring it down however I am nervous that it would bring it too far down. Thats why I would like something over the counter and less strong just to bump it 20-30 lower.

Don't blame you on being nervous in dropping E too far. Low E symptoms suck just as bad as low T IMO (Any type of hormonal imbalance).

Since it was before your injection, I would try some adex to get range down. Grab some liquidex (able to adjust dosage as needed) and start at .125mg EOD. You could probably do .25mg 3x a week. Start low and see how you feel.

I'm not aware of anything OTC that works in lowering Estrogen. Lots of supps claim to, but to what extent, who knows. I tried a supplement in the past called Trione. I don't have any bloodwork to back it up, but while taking it I felt harder and less bloated.

I wouldn't think so. I usually take my Arimidex on the same days I inject. I do this because of a spike in E2 after my shot.

I was doing anastrozol .75 twice a week and it does not seem to be strong enough.

Anastrozol is the most popular but I have real a lot of post that say stane is the better. Becasuse it is more expensive, many people choose anastrozol.

I have the script for it so there's no point not using it. Plus it seems that there is no over the counter alternative so Ill stick with the real stuff

As long as his E2 is elevated, he will need to take the AI. Only blood test and numbers will tell what you need to do.

Use the adex at .25 eod and see what happens...you can increase it it the estro doesnt go down. Forget OTC shit........

If your total and free test are excellent, we are you going to start screwing around with your hormones?

It is a natural process for test. to convert to estrogen. There's nothing wrong with your levels. Blocking conversion could **** with your bone strength and can also hurt your libido. Imagine someone saying you should lower your free testosterone because it's too high! You'd tell them they're crazy, right? Same thing should go for estrogen. Don't do it. Your levels are perfect.
