When is the most accurate time to check your free and total testosterone lab levels... before or after sex? Or does it even matter?

I wouldn't think it matters. If you are already on TRT, I would draw a few hours before injection. If you aren't on TRT, then whenever should be fine.

However, alcohol the night before and/or restricted calories can skew the test results.
