HCG says to use twice a week at 250iu and 2 days prior to test admit. Take tes on Friday so does this mean use wednesday and thursday or should I do something like sunday/ wednesday which would give me 2 days til I took tes shot?????

The Sunday and Wednesday plan should work great. I do the the same thing.
