Anyone on TRT successfull in keeping sperm count fertile?
Im debating on on going on TRT as my test levels have been low 200's for the past 3 months. im 28yo. Im getting BW results thursday, and if theres no improvement in the levels with the high amounts of HCG im taking (4500iu/wk), i think im going to take the dive in TRT.
My problem is i woudl still like to have kids, not now, but in the future 1-2 years. Has anyone used HCG on TRT to keep sperm count up? i woudl like to hear from people who have had seman anylsis while on TRT not people just judging the size of their nuts assuming your still fertile. Thank you

if you are talking to a doctor you should really have this discussion with him.. that being said many people have posted that they have produced spawn while on TRT..

HCG mimics LH, so it causes your testes to produce more T, keeps their size up, etc. This, unfortunately, is only half of the process that makes sperm. You also need FSH to be at proper levels for sperm production to commence. So, HCG WOULD work in men who had low LH and T for some reason, but normal FSH. That's not that common. Usually when LH is down, FSH is also down.
Things that cause these to drop: higher than normal levels of estrogen, a side of taking T (or a lot of HCG which makes T, which can convert to E) ... and that's one major reason poeple obsess over E levels as well. HCG therefore can be just as suppressive of fertility because it can increase E, which lowers FSH and LH, one big negative feedback loop (even though the HCG is taking the place of LH).
That said, we've all read here how high and / or exteneded doses of HCG, as you are taking, can desensitize your own testes to your own LH you produce (when you stop using HCG, hopefully your pituitary kicks in and makes LH... but it sucks when your own balls ignore that signal because they've been drunk with HCG at uber doses for so long, thus not becoming great sperm banks). That's why people take a SERM like liquid Tamox to block the receptors in the pituitary to this higher E level, which causes LH and FSH levels to rise, and get your balls back into shape.
Or something like that. I think if you move to TRT and watch your estrogen, keep your HCG therarpy at low maintenance doses (250IU x 2 or 3 times a week), you would be fine when you wanted to have kids. That's sort of what I'm doing now, with Liquid Tamox at very low doses here and there with Liquid Dex (my T has been perfect, but E is still too high at times).
All of this info gleamed from reading this site for a month. Correct me if I'm wrong anyone, thanks.
