new guy- 34yr on test replacement
Hello all, 1 1/2 yrs ago learned I had low t. Learned that I had low t because I had testicular ca.1 yr post surgery doing great now. Tried patches,creams, and now injecting cyn. Test .75 once a week. I do injections at home on a sliding scale. I get lab work monthly and levels stay. Around 700. They also gave me the estrogen blockers to help with side. Effects. I just started p9ox now. At 6ft and 290 its hard but I will get there. I natural carry a lot of muscle and a belly. Any suggestions on getting leaner faster

There is no magic formula. Diet, exercise, and hard work. Check out the diet section for good info on your options and be prepared to make some real changes. I haven't done P90X but I like the idea of the program along with Crossfit and others that are dedicated to functional fitness and focus more on endurance than just gaining mass. People talk about "losing gains" if you do too much cardio, but it all depends on your goals. Most medium sized guys with lowe body fat dream of "gains". Most fat ****ers like me and you just want to get healthy again.
