    Nice find!

    The fact of the matter is that the way the majority of people eat (not necessarily BBers) is the exact opposite of how are bodies are made to process food (too much dairy and fake, processed food).

    Look at the way our ancestors ate...probably very similar to this Mediterranean diet: fruits, nuts, fish, whole grains.

    Most of my carb sources are grains (lentils, barley, quinoa), fruit and sweet potato.

    Protain are grass fed organic beef, fish (salmon mainly), chicken, eggs, turkey.

    Fats, avacardo, ome ga3 caps, nuts, EVOO, various other oils, olives.

    Keep it simple.

    I'm sure it can be tailored to suit our daily requirements and needs, our bodies seem to adapt to change and then carry on as normal
