    Am I putting too much into my body

    I was looking at all the supps I take and I was wondering if I am putting to much into my system on a daily basis. I basically want to know if I can eliminate some of it. Maybe help my liver and pocket book in the meantime. So below is a list of stuff I take on a daily basis

    Whey Protein
    Creatine Ethyl Esther
    Tribulus Testris
    ZMA
    Chromium Picolinate
    Maca
    Cinnamon Extract
    Vitamin D
    Stinging Nettle Root
    Glucosamine
    Glutamine
    BCAA
    ALA
    Vitamin C
    Vitamin E
    Magnesium
    Potassium
    Multi Vitamin

    Then I have the Test that I take weekly.
    Is there some stuff in here that is not really benefiting me, or is most of it useful in some way or another. I mean it seems like you always read about stuff that will help you and you think you should add it to your daily intake. But then I started thinking if I keep adding everything I read about I will be taking pills 24/7. LOL!!!

    So if anybody could help me maybe condense this list or tell me maybe something I am missing that I should be taking I would appreciate it.

    It looks like a lot on paper, but think about all the vitamins and minerals in your daily food that you don't see. Plus, I see nothing here that would be harmful. However, there is always speculation on how much something actually benefits your body (assuming you don't have any deficiencies). Maybe the Tribulus isn't necessary since you are on test already. I personally like ZMA, however, I don't usually buy it all together ($).

    This doesn't look bad at all. I'd be careful about the Nettle Root; it can interfere with T to DHT conversion. Might want to consider Lycopene for prostrate health and Coenzyme Q10 for heart health and a powerful antioxidant.

    Tribulus from what I have read become inaffective after about 40 days. Its worth is debated anyway.

    Get your diet dialed in and I believe you can cut out the whole lot. Maybe keep a multivitamin and vitamin C, creatine cycled once in a while to break plateaus. I have done that and it works great. Feel better and much cheaper. Not to mention it's a pain in the a$$ to keep track of all the supps, take them on vacation etc.
    I believe diet is 70%, training 30% and supplements might add 5% (icing on the cake at best).

    I have been taking it for a while because it is supposed to help increase test levels.

    been there done that and did nothing but waste $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$. like Arizona said, get your diet in check and get rid of all these supplements especially the creatine, its hard on your kidneys! maybe keep the vitamin D and E!
