Questions for my doc

Well I go back Thursday for my first follow up and blood work since being on TRT. I was just wondering if there were any questions you guys had for your doctor when you first went back.

I am for sure going to ask him the following:

1. What about an AI like Arimidex ?
2. What about HCG ? Although my nuts have not shrunk at all.
3. I am going to have him check my chest and make sure my gyno is not getting worse. I say its gyno, I have had it ever since I was a kid. Never been professionally diagnosed.
4. Ask him about the weight loss...I have not seen any.

So just trying to get an idea of maybe some of the questions you all asked when you first went back.

it wouldn't hurt to ask anything! the questions you listed are good and common questions. maybe you can ask him if he'll let you blast for 12 weeks at 500mgs ew! . BTW fat lose is more of a diet thing, TRT will only help while on a good clean diet otherwise it won't work by itself. i believe Flats has a good list of things to consider before and after you get on TRT, this may give you some ideas for more questions!

Thanks Bass. My diet is very clean however I did do a RMR Metabolsim test this past weekend and realized I was waaaay under eating. Also figured out where my heart rate needs to be during cardio. So hopefully when my body gets used to the extra calories it should have been getting and realizes that I am not going to starve it anymore that it will kick into over drive on the fat burning.

That RMR test was the best $215 I ever spent.

Q: Instead of asking about an AI aske for your E2 to be tested and explain how you want to be in the optimal range NOT the lab range.2. What about HCG ? Although my nuts have not shrunk at all.
Q. If you're taking enough T to be shutdown it's just a matter of time before you see the boys shrink. With T you are shutting down an organ - your balls - and sides will develop sooner or later. Seems like young guys can go longer before older dudes...I think it has to do with the amount of active leydig cells.3.
