    I have low test.

I'm 21 years old and my tests came back.

    11 nmol/l

Basically this is what is going on with me:

    -no facial hair
-testicles and penis have not grown since when I was 13 I also have the same amount of muscle mass
    - insomnia
    - extreme depression
    - irritability
    - Can't add muscle. (I eat 250 grams protein a day prolly about 7k calories, get my efas and lots of mono fat when i need it). I work out completely consistent never miss a meal or workout. I'm doing everything right trust me.
    - no sex drive
    - anxiety
    - extreme stress 24/7 (sometimes I get so stressed that my jaw and skull hurts and I feel like bashing my skull against concrete
    - no desire to masterbate, I never masterbate.
    - unable to ejaculate, I've never ejaculated
    - erections are extremely rare
    - no morning wood ever
    - always tired with no energy (I get 8-10 hrs of sleep a night)

My doctor is a 55 year old woman that thinks having the test of a sick 100 year old is alright and isnt gunna do shit for me.

I'm basically losing hope can someone unblock my account so I can message people?

    Thanks for reading.

How in the world do you get 7K calories when you only eat 250g of protein?
You need to find a different doctor, possibly a man who might be able to empathize with you a little bit.

I am going to let some of the more experiences people help you out some.

11 nmole/l? I could convert that to a normal measurement but I'm currently experiencing a low in my E2 levels and my concentration isn't what it shoud be. I'm also lazy right now so I'm not going to open up a calculator. Please post ranges. Also, which T test is that: total, free, bioavailable. You should post the other results with ranges too, especially all 3 T results and E2. If you had thyroid tests those are very important too. Eating 7k calories a day you either have a very active thyroid or you are very fat. Post your pesonal stats too, not just age: Height, weight, body fat % if know.

Bag the old woman and go to another doc. If insurance is not covering this consider a clinic that specializes in HRT. Just watch out for the clinics that try to prescribe AND sell you the prescriptions because they upsell and get you in the pocketbook big time. You want a clinic that writes prescriptions that you can fill wherever you choose.

I got low test dude I'm completely ****ed and I'm sure of it. You could put a ***** in my face and I wouldn't get a boner. Maybe look at my first post again.

I'm 6 ft tall, 175 pounds, 11% bf or something (I can see my abs). I can 1rm bench like 225, my squat is shit and i cant do dls because of my back. I eat right and I train right. Every ****ing ounce of my being is put toward working out. I train so hard that if there isn't blood, puke, urine and fecal matter all over the floor I'm not ****ing training hard enough. I eat more food that everyone in my 5 person family combined. I have nothing else in my life except working out it means everything to me and every meal every session is a fight to death.

post up all the numbers from your bloodwork, anything else is just conversation at this point.....the numbers never lie.

A 55 year old woman may not be the best choice for a trt doc......someone who is on trt would be ideal but none of that matters without actual numbers.

The bloodwork was really simple I had my serum testosterone checked and it was 11 nmol/l idk what that is in ng/dl maybe like 330. There are all sorts of ranges from 8.8-71 nmol/l. I can't get another doctor, no other doctors are taking patients.

You need more than a simple test you need to talk to your doctor and get screened for WAY more than that.....

She won't give me any more tests. She thinks I'm alright. There are no other doctors in the area taking patients.

dude, if i had all those problems id travel hundreds of miles if i had to to get all the tests done and find a new doctor!

also, have you ever used any AAS?

whats weird to me is you eat 7000calories and only 1000 of them are from protein. the rest are carbs and fats. i dont know how you can maintain 11% bf with such a diet.

    Yeah, nothing adds up.

Also, if you are puking a pissing blood you need to lighten up on the workouts. Overtraining does cause low T!

ok ummmmm i might sound like a complete douche but i have to say this CS,

    300gms protein= 1200cals.
100gms fat= 900cals, 1800 if you eat 200gms( which is a ridiculous amount to eat for someone weighing 175lbs).

which brings us to only 3000cals. +4000cals of carbs,

in short theres no way in hell youre 11%bf. unless of course youre Michael Phelps trying to troll us. that's a lot of food for someone whos just 175lbs and not a freak or training for olympics like Phelps.

in case if youre not trolling, move to the diet forum ASAP before self diagnosing, because that seems to be one of the problems if not THE problem.

id still go as far as i can and find a new doc. don't tell me there's no other clinic willing to even do blood work for you.

please post up your diet, training routine and ease up on the WO like GNBM said to.

Dont get stuck on the calories not adding up, not all of us are diet wizards.

If what you say is accurate and your doctor wont do more test try taking your parents with you for support. If you cant/wont go that route and you are sure there is not other doctors in your area (must be remote) then go visit her, ask her who the head of the clinic is so you can file a formal complaint against her for not doing proper testing and blowing you off. Let her know you really do not want to go this route but it's your life, your health that is at risk and you need to find answers to what is wrong. If she has not clue she needs to refer you to someone who is more of an expert in that field.

She is probably just a GP and you need to see a specialist such as an Endocrinologist. Either way she needs to do her job if it's testing you or referring you to someone. Dont think you will just jump into HRT therapy and be given a prescription for testosterone . If your doctors have 1/2 a clue and finished high school they will realize they need to check all your thyroid functions and find out what is not working and why. Hopefully it can be corrected without going on HRT. It's much better if your body will produce naturally.

Good luck either way and please keep us updated on what the findings are, what the treatment is and your results.

X2......you need tests to see what is REALLY going on.......dont self diagnose on such a tiny amount of info about your body.

Thank you very much lovbyts for the intelligent and helpful response.

    To JD250:

I have a shitload of info about my body. The one test tells me a lot but the problems I am facing tell me much more.

    To akshay317:

I'm not trolling I really do eat that many calories. I almost definately have an overactive thyroid. I'm also extremely active(because of work). Don't be mad because you don't eat as much as me. I also eat clean every carb I eat is below 50 on the glycemic index and I only eat high glycemics and fats when I need them. I don't have cheat meals. I haven't eaten anything bad for me for years.

I did post in the diet form my diet isn't the problem I eat like a ****ing champion. I eat like twice as much as what I said that I eat in the diet form.

No offense but you really don't know squat about your body, all you know is that you have some problems, if you knew a "shitload" about your body you wouldn't be posting here wanting help, don't take this personally, I'm just saying that if you will listen to us about these tests and get screened by a doctor that knows what they are doing, you WILL find some answers and more than likely some solutions.

Trying to self diagnose is a fools errand without extensive blood screening. Browse these forums and notice ALL the info listed when a member posts up his bloodwork....you NEED that info to point yourself in the right direction.

That was a nice way to say it JP........personally, I'm insulted by liars who abuse other people who are only trying to help them......Piss off cssaddict17 !!! You just put a mark on yourself that will likely follow you anywhere you go on this board. I don't know if anything you've said about yourself is true, who cares.......you are abusing a forum that is dedicated to TRT..........all you want to do is a cycle at 21.........why do you need our advice you wont take it anyway, Nobody here is gonna turn you on to anything.

Taking too much test JD250? You seem pretty hot headed. I already have plenty of sources. I'm not here to get one. I'm here to discuss steroids . I'm not here to get lectured by hypocrites about how I'm fine. JD250 you're not helping whatsoever. You've been completely talking out of your ass and I don't know why you keep coming back to this thread. Stop being so mad. If you guys don't trust me then fine don't make posts in this thread. The reason I'm going to self medicate is because I don't want to have to deal with doctors and their outdated protocol and ways of treatment. There is a mountain of evidence (only apparent to me because it's my body) supporting the fact that my test levels are ****ing ridiculously low. I've done probably 60 hours of research on my problems and I've learned a lot. I have every single symptom that someone would have from low test except for increase in body fat because I eat cleaner than a car wash. To the people that have ACTUALLY been trying to help me: NOSUPERMODEL, GotNoBlueMilk, akshay317, lovbyts. Thank you for your time and help. The reasons I posted in this board is because I have low test levels, I'm not the average wanna be jacked can't do it naturally type of person.

When I start on the test I would use this thread to maybe post progress or what's going on, how it's working and to consult maybe some of you about specifics. An example might be "Hey guys, got some gyno .25 arimidex a day or what?" I don't really know exactly what I want but I do want to be part of the community and I'm sorry about my attitude if it's be bad shit has really been going down lately.

The good news is that by getting this adressed soon you can have a normal life. You are still young enough that you may get some growth of some things that might now be possible much further down the line.

I'd suggest seeing a Urologist who regularly uses testosterone in his practice. 21 year old should not be walking around with low test, you are too young to live like that. Heck, even the old guys deserve much better.

i still say that you should not self medicate....you should actually file a complain against the doctor but get a second opinion and full test results to prove your point before you do.

its actually irrelevant what age you are for TRT when the effects of low T are so adverse for you. but self medication could actually be more harmful to you, theres a lot that could go wrong from inserting a needle wrongly to nicking a vein to wrong dosage that could lead to even worse damage to your testicles. not to mention fake test that could have no effect on you.

be smart find another doc. this is your life no one else is going to be held responsible if something goes wrong.
