need advice on light blast while on TRT

i am about to do my first blast with deca, i am on 160 mgs test cyp ew and .5 mgs adex 3 times a week, it seems to be a good TRT dose so far. i like to get back on 200 mgs ew on test because i felt so much better, maybe after the blast. my questions is what dose do you recommend for a blast?

test cyp, mgs?
deca, mgs?
adex, mgs?
i am assuming PCT is not needed!

i am not looking to do a heavy one for this is my first time, but like to do the lightest effective blast. thanks in advance!

I'm not qualified to tell you anything on this subject but I will say that The-Det-Oak has helped me get a better understanding of Deca.......I'll be watching this one. Why don't you go back to 200mg test ew?

the clinic SUGGESTED to lower my dose when i was having problem donating blood to lower my RBC, they prefer 200 per week anyway, so i'll go back to that after the blast. this is maybe stupid but i am tempted to ask my coordinator about a blast! just to see how far they're willing to assist!

not sure if i emphasized that i took deca in the beginning of my trt i was still seeing gains from test only thats why i ask bass if he's plateaued...the best way i can describe it is my gains were ebbing but the deca made them come back at similar pace...i only ran deca for about 6 weeks...would love to jump on again

yes if it were me i wouldnt want to take too much AI unless needed....have you gotten bloodwork after being on current AI protocol to confirm levels?

Ok guys, i've been experiencing PVC's again just like i did when i first started TRT, so i am thinking its the deca and possibly the elevated RBC and hemoglobin, so i will stop my blast and go back to the 160 mgs test per week until all my hormone levels normalize, and hopefully my PVC's will stop! damn this really sucks!

i never stopped the blast so kept going and now i am on 300/300 test deca, hCG and Glutathione! i had this nagging pain on my outer right shoulder kind of like a dog bite when i move in certain positions, now its going away despite the heavy lifting 4 days on one day rest! i look much leaner and weight still the same, but BF% is down from 21% to 17.8% on the omron monitor! feeling great so far, i will be doing a simple blood work within two weeks just to check on my liver to make sure i am on the right track treating it with Glutathione! i'll keep you posted if something interesting comes up and will post before and after photos when i am done.

low carbs with one cheat day, minimum protein required for muscle growth (1 g per 1 lb of body weight). my goal is to lose as much fat as possible and maintain muscle, but it seems i am gaining muscle and losing fat at the same time, but time will tell! i also do lots of cardio, 7 days a week includes HIIT.

JP, did leg workout yesterday, almost no pain on my knees! but had them wrapped with bands really tight as i usually do, and was able to go all the way down doing squats! my thighs are bigger and very noticeable, even my wife noticed them! so far so good!

LOL, this is exactly how i feel today, too much pain! but all good of course, and definitely worth it!

not much to report but finally after 3 weeks i finally felt little stronger and less pain on my shoulders doing chest last night! before i maxed out on my forth/last set at 6 reps doing 70 lbs dumbbells, this time i did 10 clean reps with no pain! hoping this will get better as i continue the blast!

4 reps more in a short time...nice..keep strict and watch out with that motion of throwing the db's up to the start..thats what got ME! i had to eliminate db's altogether early on from tendonitis in the elbows....i guess flat bench is easier to get them into position but incline seems a little more difficult cuz your more upright

Did a blast with:
480 mg. cyp
240 mg. deca
hcg 2x250
adex 2x1 mg
for 12 weeks,
helped my knees which was my main goal. I also got a lot stronger. Strength seemed to drop off after the blast though. Personally I thought it was too much. I didn't like the weight gain, high blood pressure and increased anxiety.
I understand why trt vets stay at the sweet spot which is what I do now. I tried some Winstrol and Anavar for a few weeks at a time and liked that better than the high test. Seemed like it was easier on my body.
I agree with JP try 200 of each at first. Then later on try 300 if you still have the itch. One thing I've learned is that many guys take too much stuff and have too many combinations going on so it's hard to tell what is actually working.
If you move it up a little at a time, you may be surprised at the results you get, plus you'll know what works and what doesn't without having to guess.

....AND it's absolutely imperative that your diet is good. Especially for getting lean, you don't need AAS, you need a good diet. In fact high doses of AAS may mess up your goals of losing fat. 200 of each is plenty to preserve muscle while cutting fat, in fact for some guys that dose will cause water retention and fat gain.
I know many guys at the gym who are on all kinds of AAS, but look like s**t because they don't have the discipline to keep their diet in check.

thanks JPK and Arizona! i did start at 200/200 and now doing 300/300, to be honest i haven't noticed much difference probably because of my diet! i reduced my cals but that didn't seem to work, but now increased cals with more carbs and more protein but still very clean diet. i will try to gain during the blast and go on a strict cutting diet once off the blast. I'll keep you all informed!

BTW, 6 days anastrozole at .5 mg a day is not cutting it, so I'll go .5 ed during the blast! hopefully this will lower it to 30 or less!
