Testogel and adding more test to it

    Hi All
got asked this the other day and had no clue so figured I'd ask here.
Been prescribed testogel at 2 sachets daily. given that its already a proven transdermal gel, in theory could you 'add' more test to it? that is, inject some more into the sachets and dissolve for it to be absorbed when rubbed in?

I've heard of something like this being done before but was wary of the source.

    Any advice on this?

Absorption through skin is inefficient at best.......Why waste good test......dont inject into packets... inject into your ass cheeks.

Thanks for that.. I'm more interested in whether the idea is sound in theory or not as opposed to the inject v gel arguements..

What he is saying yes it's sound but the results, the return will be minimal. You will have to use 10x as much and still get less absorption. Some people add DMSO to help get more into you, better absorption but still it's a waste compared to injection.

Test Cyp is not absorbed through the skin. It is a different form than the Test in the gel that can be carried across the skin barrier rather easily.

Like lovbyts said, unless you go the DMSO route, you will get minimal benefit from this.

Like John said, why waste good Test. Inject your ass.

haha yeah thats what I thought, although I don't know a lot about it I figured whatever test they use in the gels was somehow modified or different to the injectable liquids..

That confirms my suspicions, so thanks guys, much appreciated.

Me too. I'll use it eventually (gradually over time). Too expensive to toss in the trash.
