How long does TRT take to 'kick in.'
I'm particularly worried about the ED and lack of libido. I had my first shot nearly a week ago, and am still experiencing very weak erections, etc, even with Cialis.

depends on esters, where you are starting, estrogen levels etc..
if it's prop 3-7 days (it's probably not prop)
enth or cyp 2-4 weeks to get to the max levels and to even out...
cyp or gels are the normal, what do they have you one??The answer to your every question

I would say a couple of weeks. What is your dosage you are taking, how often?

Sustanon . He prescribed 300mg/3 weeks, and I shot that last week, but I am thinking of changing it to 175mg/week or so. Every 3 weeks is far too long to go between shots.
My T was in the low 100's before any shots, but all of my other bloodwork was 'normal.' I keep having weird worries in my head that something else is messed up.. you know how it gets when something is just not working.

Try 100 mg/week. That is the same amount. 175mg/week is 525mg/3 weeks. Weak erections are not always caused by low T. There are a lot of factors. E2 levels being one of them. If you had high E2 before starting TRT -- due to being overweight or whatever -- then adding T may not help and may make it worse because your E2 levels will go up even more from higher T levels.

About 7 days after starting my TRT (200mg Test cyp EOW) I felt like I had woken up from a bad dream. My life felt like living again. Morning wood, too, for the first time in a long time.

The 2nd month I started to feel and see results...the 3rd month was like someone turning a light switch on in a dark room. At month 8 I don't even recognize the old me...literally!

I'm deep into my second month and my T is brewing better by the day.......Change it to weekly and chill......It is too early to believe the stuff just is not working. It WILL work for you....just a matter of time.

It is being mailed to me atm. Only thing I remember was my total testosterone , which was 140ish. My endo isn't very good with HRT and didn't order all of the blood work I had hoped for... I'm going back tomorrow to request additional tests, but I'm looking for a new doctor. This one doesn't use HCG at all.

When I started it, I noticed results in about a week to 10 days. Horny with good wood, big change from before. Would not even think about going back.

That sounds very familiar....you are not alone. Mine won't even bother to test for E2 levels, as he believes AI's may be risky. Anyway, when I started on the gel, I felt like a teenager within about 3 weeks. When I switched to the injections, the results seemed to be more subtle. Everyone one of us reacts differently.
