Test cream seems worthless
Has anyone had positive results with test cream? My initial total test was 550.
I was put on test c for 3 mts which got my levels to 1079. To keep my levels up I was put cream.
After 5 mths my levels dropped to 420.

Now my script is 10% test cream but I'm going back on weekly test c injections.
When I was on test c before, I noticed an improved mood and my strength levels went up.

should have stuck with c
since your going back do you still need/want to know if others had any success on the test cream or does it not matter anymore

It would be interesting to know. Maybe I didn't take it like I should have.
I took it daily for the first 5mth but I didn't have the same feeling of well being and
my strength levels seemed to drop. I stopped taking it for about 10 days and then
began taking it again but only after workouts (4 days per week).

5gms 1% Androgel put me from 290 (morning peak) to 500 (25 hours after application).
4-5 months later, I was shut down and the 1% gel (25 hours after application) put me just over 200.
100mg Cyp/week is putting me perfect in range.

Going back on test c. This time instead of weekly shots I'm doing
half the dose twice per week. This should eliminate the peaks
and valleys I experienced with the once a week dose.

My doc is pushing for Gel over shots. Seems "everyone" here prefers shots. I'm curious as to the OP's original question: Has anyone had positive results with test cream?
I'd find it weird if not....

gels tend to keep you more stable,, i always feel shots are the best because the low dose (200mg/e2w) doesnt give me up and downs.

I read on another forum about trt injections twice a week.
I noticed last time when I was doing weekly injections, I would
feel good the first few days but day 6-7 I wouldn't feel that great.
Too bad I didn't know about the twice per week injections until
the end of my cycle. At the time I asked the clinic about it but they never tried it.
When I went back yesterday I asked again about the twice a
week injections and they said they did. In fact the patients liked
It better and the clinic thanked me for the suggestion.
I really don't mind the twice per week injection

Works for some, not for others. I guess what it comes down to is how well it absorbs through your skin. For me it worked ok while I took it but I moved on to shots because the gel was just a hassle.

I split as well; 60 mg Monday AM and 60 mg Thursday PM with .5 mg AI same days. My Doc recently told be to mix up the dosages some; like 80/40 and then 50/70...per week. Said that I would feel the difference and it's good for the body...don't know why. I haven't done it yet; I am a big believer that the body thrives on consistency so I think I am going to stick with what I am doing now.

A friend of mine said the gel worked really well for him. He used it on the weatherstripping on his car to stop the squeaks.

Let's see. I started in Jan on the Gel, and felt good almost instantaneously. The feeling started dropping off near the end of March. I was on a heavy stimulant regimen, so it sort of masked my shutdown, but it was definitely apparent by mid April. So, I guess it took me about 3 months before shutdown was noticeable.
LH and FSH were still in full swing 6-7 weeks after treatment began (bloodwork showed this).

Gel did nothing for me besides waste 10 minutes of my time every morning putting it on and making me smell funny(er).
