    TRT and Fatigue

I recently started my TRT with Testopel and I am very fatigued lately. Could this be the cause?

if you were feeling kosher prior then i would vote yes.....high rbc's is a common side affect of trt esp with too high of dose as well as high blood pressure..

    bump for more opinions

How recently? Have you had followup bloodwork?

A few weeks into TRT can result in high E2 levels. These have to be monitored and controlled via an AI if necessary. E2 is the common culprit for "things not going well" when on TRT. Also, some people don't tolerate very high levels of Test well. If my Test gets too high I can't crawl out of bed in the morning even when my E2 is good. The other problem is you may have enough Testopel to kill your own Test production but not enough to keep your levels to where they were before TRT.

So you really need some Test, E2 levels at the very least.
