test level good but still have low libido?

test level is about 900, free test is high, estradiol is 41 (ref range is 13-54)

but my sex drive is just not there.. i can get it up but theres just no desire too..

got my thyroid all checked out and everything looks good

how is my test through the roof buy i have no libido?

thoughts? suggestions?

The question is, is the libido issue something new or has it been an issue for a long time?

If your libido is a recent change, your estradiol could be a little high for you.

What are you taking currently, besides Test? Some things reduce libido, such as nolva, and apparently Letro for some people.

its been an issue for over a year now... it started last year. 3 months after finishing up my last cycle, got a hormone panel because i thought it was testosterone related. test results came back with above mentioned results.. i have been on 200mg test weekly for 3 weeks now and still have no change in libidio.. im also on armidex. .25mg eod

theres other things that have to do with libido than just test, a big one being prolactin, do you have any other labs?

no i just have the above mentioned results from the hormone test.. i did a thyroid test awhile back but dont have it on me at the moment, thyroid came back good though


never really heard of prolactin but ill do some research on it thanks

oh yeah my LH level before going on test was 13.2 ( ref range 1.5-9.3) if that means anything...
