    7-Keto DHEA

I've read some good things about 7-Keto DHEA.

I was wondering if anyone on here is taking it and would people recommend taking it in replace of regular DHEA?

    Thanks!!!

I take it but not in place of DHEA. 7-Keto is a metabolite of DHEA and does different things in addition to helping you lose weight (thermogenic). Combined they make a powerful synergistic mix!

I think my cortisol went through the roof yesterday. Adding on to my dragon tattoo in my shoulder and my best friend and artist was working my entire shoulder, back of arm, top of shoulder...all of it. Felt like I was being skinned alive! During the entire process (and we're not done yet) all I kept thinking was my cortisol levels had to be through the roof...LOL!

BTW Jimmy, the 2nd quote in your signature is sooo f'n true!

*L* - the worst places for me have been underside of upper arm and one spot on my spine/neck when i was getting a tribal piece that covers entire upper back. I find that after a few mins the whole area im getting inked seems to numb up - i also find its best not to take a break - because then that "numb" wears off and the are seems super sensative when i sit back down.

Underside of the arm is bad. I have two half sleeves. The back of the leg is pretty bad also. I had Carpe Diem tattoed right around my achilles area.

On the DHEA bottle it recommends taking it in the morning and at night 1 hour before bed. I would like to take the 7-Keto DHEA at the same time I take the regular DHEA, but not sure if it will keep me awake at night? Thoughts? Thanks!!!

It's recommened to take the biggest dose in the morning and a smaller in the mid afternoon. DHEA and 7 Keto can act as a stimulant and keep you up at night...but not for all. You can test and see how you do.

7 Keto is very well tolerated even at super high doses (remember it's a metabolite of DHEA so it doesn't act like a hormone). Dosage is dependent upon what your goals are. If you're looking to lose weight 200 - 400 mg/day would do the trick. Otherwise, you can keep a daily dose of 100 mg.
