Which HGH is the highest quality regardless of price?

Im 29 years old, 6 ft 180 lbs. Never took a steroid or HGH. Play tons of sports but notice lately getting more tired. Also, I partially tore my inner bicep golfing. I plan on taking HGH for sure and am trying to figure out which HGH regardless of price is the best on the market HANDS DOWN. Also, how hard to get. I have this keFei with a blue top and in a box of 15. Just looks a little sketchy bc it has no serial numbers etc. Any input would be great!!

Any pharm grade is the best quality. The generics are suspect IMHO, check out the Chinese hgh concerns thread in the igf/hgh section. Kefei are generics so IMHO stay away from them.

And what exactly is pharm grade? Also, I know there are a few different kinds of hgh. What would be the best? I honestly have no idea how to get the pharm grade hahaa.

Pharm grade means you have a prescription and get it from a pharmacy. Off the internet is suspect, and you should find a reputable source, which typically means you need someone to give you a reputable source.

I wouldnt even know what doctor to go to to even get that prescribed

It would have to be a clinic or doc who does life-extension work.

You can find European and Chinese pharm grade HGH through online sources. But it is expensive and counterfeits are still a huge concern.

Anti-aging clinics. Any online source is likely to be fake.

And the anti-aging clinics usually charge a fortune, on top of the already pricey HGH.

Investigate peptide alternatives, this may suit you better. Look into Mod GRF 1-29 combined with GHRP-6 or GHRP-2. Some folks, including a certain HRT doc in MI, swear by pepties instead of HGH.
