Hcg and clomid function

As someone newly on TRT I'm curious how hcg and clomid work with testosterone injections. Specifically, if my test was 350 prior to therapy will the hcg and clomid keep me producing naturally at that level and the test injections be ADDITIVE to the 350? Let's say natural test is 700, does that level hold naturally as well and the test injections sit on top of that?

They didn't inform me of which and it's hard to tell from my numbers (posted below):

TSH: 1.14 range: 0.45-4.50
T4 Free: 1.83 range: 0.82-1.77 *marked HIGH
T3 Free: 2.7 range: 2.0-4.4
LH: 2.7 range: 1.7-8.6
Testosterone: 372 range: 249-836
Free Test: 10.86 range: 5-21

Any thoughts?

i doubt hCG and clomid will prevent shutdown while injecting test! this is a first time for me hearing about clomid prescribed along with testosterone!
